We will use an internal
game challenge to develop our skills in anticipation of Botball 2009
which starts in February 2009. We will work in four teams using a
similar starting bot. The challenge will be to add sensors and
program the bots to win.
The Game
The game board is a 4x8 foot white
board. It is divided so two teams could compete or test at the same
time. There is a Botguy standing on two blue cups in the middle of
the board.
The game starts with the standard
Botball starting light and ends 75 seconds later. Botball rules
apply. Here is a Word
document on the game.
Strategy
Each team needs to develop a strategy
to score points according to the table of points.

Sensors
You should use a bunch, maybe even
the camera. You may get extra points for sensors.
