| We have an all-night
laser tag activity planned. Members and guests are invited. We
need about 50 paid participants to break even, but will take up to 60. Please get your
permission slips (waivers) in to Bob. We also need your payment.

Time: 11:45pm until 7:00am the next day
(Saturday, December 19)
Cost: $40 per person, checks to
Explorer Post 1010 or cash, before the event. Mail to Bob
Ekman, 524 Carr Ave, Rockville, MD 20850.
Food: We will buy pizza and have some drinks,
but it is always nice if you bring some to share. You should also bring food
if you have special dietary interests.

Player Waiver
Teams: We will have four
teams, 15 players each, arranged before the event, based on the waivers
submitted.
Things to Bring:
Snacks, drinks - for sharing
Chess boards, cards - things to do when not playing
Music CDs, boom box - music to share
Sleeping Bag - for the quiet room (ya, right)
Friends - we can take up to 60 players
