Robotics...Robotics...Robotics...

We have four teams registered in the
Botball
Educational Robotics program. Our teams did great in the Virginia
and Maryland regional competitions during April. We are now
planning to participate in the
Global Conference
on Educational Robotics in July in Honolulu. Save your
pennies. To participate, you need to submit a signed permission
form (PDF
or
Word).

Lockheed Martin Security
Always bring a photo ID to meetings and
come early. We use the Lockheed Martin security system to access the meeting rooms.
Your school ID number is used for registration. |
Inclement Weather Policy
Normally we follow the county public school weather schedule changes,
but not always.
Since our meetings are 12 hours off from the start of school,
conditions may change.
If it looks like there are no road problems at the start of our meeting
and we don’t expect a change,
then we will have the meeting.
Consult with your parents and check our web site to make your decision. |

Volunteers
The Post is staffed by volunteers from Lockheed Martin, their spouses, friends,
and member parents.
If you are interested in creating future engineers, we can always use more adult
volunteers.
